1. Training in Brief

Students will receive first-rate education from the Institution in a manner that is in keeping with the programme and schedule that was mutually agreed upon. Our Institution reserves the right to make changes to the training programme at any time, including changes to the class schedules, the course content, or the faculty, provided that these alterations do not significantly affect the quality of education.

2. Accommodation and Related Expenses

The Student will be provided with housing by the Institution so that they can continue their participation in our Training Programme. The sort of housing that is provided will be determined by the Institution after taking into account the requirements of its students. In the event that it becomes essential to make a change to the Student's housing situation, the Institution is obligated to offer the Student with housing that is either comparable to or more desirable than their current living situation. In addition to the training Expenses, the Student is responsible for paying the Housing Expenses in line with the timetable that was previously agreed upon.

3. Accommodation Guidelines

The Student acknowledges and accepts that the Institution may establish noise levels, curfew times, guest restrictions, and cleanliness standards in connection with the use of the Accommodations. If the Student causes any damage to the lodging, then the Student is responsible for paying for any necessary repairs or replacements that may be required. In the event that a student consistently violates the rules or engages in behaviour that is disruptive, the Institution has the right to terminate the housing agreement for that student. The Institution will provide a safe and secure environment for the Student.

4. Safety and Security

The Institution will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries experienced by the Student while participating in the training programme or while on the premises of the lodging, with the exception of situations in which the Institution has acted willfully or with extreme carelessness. During the time that the Student is staying on campus, the Institution is not responsible for any personal belongings that are misplaced or damaged. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction]. This Agreement, which constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between the Institution and the Student with respect to the subject matter included herein, supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein. The Student will be provided with adequate notice prior to any revisions or changes that the Institution makes to these terms and conditions.
